Featuring an easy to use rotary control with 26 power settings, the hob is powerful enough to be both the primary cooking surface in a small cafe or mobile catering kiosk or an additional appliance during peak hours. Some of the data that are collected include the number of visitors, their source, and the pages they visit anonymously. To give you an example, when you set it to its lowest setting (which is 500W) the power is not applied as constant 500W but the hob applies full power (3000W) for a few seconds followed by a pause of maybe 8-10 seconds with no power at all. To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. At the end of service the stainless steel base and ceramic glass top make cleaning down the unit simple. Designed to fit neatly into induction chafer frames (sold separately - see FT039), the Buffalo hob provides highly energy-efficient and safe warming, all without the need for open flames or hot plates. The Buffalo selection includes a comprehensive choice of coffee machines, espresso machines and hotplates, to a variety of kettles, commercial toasters, and even hot chocolate machines.
