As Bluetooth intercoms go though, the incredible sound quality and the easy voice control make the 4X one of my favourites, only let down by that annoying sat-nav announcement glitch. I bought this to upgrade from a basic Sena unit I've had for 10 years and to be fair still worked but I wanted something with a better battery life and better connectivity.Occasionally it gets a little confused and turns the radio on instead of music but that’s rare and in any case, you just tell it to turn the radio off and music on and you’re where you want to be.
