Source cards give you dramatic origins of your spell, often another wizard's name - such as 'Bleemax Brainiac" - or an occult book or other bizarre source.

Blood markers are a special resource gained for completing certain actions and can be spent when a card allows you to do so. We always play stupid, funny party games like CAH, utter nonsense, funemployed, and disturbed friends. So, being dead has its advantages; you can come back at the start of the new match with some tricks up your robed sleeve, and seek bloody revenge upon those who dared strike you down earlier! Because you draw a new card every round that you're dead, we actually had players cheering for the current battle to go longer after they've been eliminated. Epic Spell Wars of the Battle Wizards: Hijinx at Hell High, the fifth Epic Spell Wars title, brings all the spell-crafting and trademark over-the-top humor and art to the world of high school.Third, unlike many American hobbyist designs, it plays very quickly, especially if you're just counting individual battles. Even though we dropped the wizard voices about halfway through it was fun to try different voices and read the spells. From the ridiculous name, the over the top instructions, and the crazy wizards - to the insane artwork, hilarious spells, and perfectly balanced gameplay; this is one of the best games I've played in a long time. I simply want to say if wrapping your bad impulses in “magic” sounds attractive, EPIC SPELL WARS may be right for you!

Each player chooses a Wizard card to represent their battling brujo, and uses this card to keep track of their Hit Points. An absurdly enjoyable card game, where players mow down their opponents by creating devastating spells out of a combination of cards from their hands. But you'll be happy to know that I updated my Annihilageddon to now have 1,2, and Gangbangers with all promos and still waiting for FanF-ingTastic Friends cards to come in the mail.With that said, it's an excellent example of the genre that solves many of the genre's typical problems and is a lot of fun besides.
