The CD is rather less fragmented than the bewildering kaleidoscope of the DVD but a lot of the remixes are gratuitous and no real improvement of the originals. I concur with Crazyhorse11 how surprising it is that this is not getting more attention because it certainly deserves it because when you listen to this, it’s put together in such a way that shows a near reverence for David Bowie’s contribution to music that is just BEAUTIFUL.

I do not understand why such prominence is given to the insipid - memorably forgettable, one might say - Ian Fish, UK Heir from the dreadful and self-indulgent Buddha of Suburbia album which is used as a recurring theme.

Other rarities include an early version of the Hunky Dory favorite “Quicksand” and a previously unreleased live version of “Rock ’n’ Roll With Me” from the legendary 1974 Soul Tour.
