This machine is a life-saver (carpet saver) it cleans and refreshes your carpets by spraying a mild detergent into the carpet pile and vacuuming it up all in one go. The second problem is that many users have complained about the nozzle and they say that it is fragile and changing it is a huge problem. Every part feels quality and my only complaint would be trying to get them apart after use, but i reckon a bit of vaseline on the joints before hand would work wonders.

I like to see the water being extracted but when using the carpet head you can't see it as you are standing behind it. I have used it on my dining room carpet which I thought was beyond redemption and the results were amazing. Variable Suction Power: Tailor your cleaning with one or two motors, plus an adjustable airflow switch. This is within an acceptable range and it does not appear to be significantly affecting the overall rating for this product.
