This decadent Chocolate Dip recipe is terrific served warm, as a fondue for parties or an indulgent dessert for romantic dinners. Still, sometimes the combination of premium chocolate and specially selected snacks brings out the delicate flavours in our chocolate in a way that’s just… well, heavenly. Place 1 cup chocolate chips, evaporated milk, and coconut oil in a medium-sized, microwave-safe bowl. Serve immediately as a fondue / warm molten lava dip, or allow to come to room temperature, and serve with fruit, graham crackers, or other dippers (see additional serving ideas in post above). This is where you fill a pot with water, and put a second pot (or bowl) on top, with chocolate inside. Once the 15 minutes is up, slow cook will revert to the Keep Warm setting and that is the setting you want to hold your dipping chocolate at the correct temperature. On the Ninja Foodi Pressure Cooker and Air Crisper you will only be able to set the time to 6 hours, but there is a workaround. Another amazing thing about this chocolate sauce is that it can be used in any dessert with chocolate filling. We recommend that you always check the packaging for allergen advice and talk to your doctor if you need any further food allergy advice. What I find is that it works 50% of the time and the other 50% of the time I overheat it and it becomes a chalky mess or just tastes burnt.
