Dreamed, distilled and matured in Ireland, The Dead Rabbit Irish Whiskey is a unique 5yo blend of Irish malt and grain Whiskey first aged in seasoned bourbon casks and then finished in half sized, specially crafted, virgin American oak barrels.

Palate Caramel and vanilla sit up front, with notes of nutmeg, milky coffee and macadamia developing in the background. After many tastings they personally selected an unusual blend of grain and malt Irish Whiskies finished in double charred oak casks. Barrel spices, dark vanilla, and toasted nut and cereal notes all come through on the nose, but the wood is most prominent.The The Dead Rabbit Irish Whsikey matures for five years in Bourbon Casks before it gets its finish in small Virgin Oak Casks.
