These recipes are inspirational but don’t require out of the ordinary ingredients and they’re not difficult to prepare. Für Anfänger scheint mir das Buch nicht geeignet, dabei erwecken die Texte zur Warenkunde, Rezepthinweise und Vorwort den Eindruck, dass gerade diese Zielgruppe mit diesem Kochbuch angepeilt wurde.
