Both earphones can sound a little bright, but as the T4 further extends the highs and doesn't really present a full low-end underneath, the X3 sounds overall more engaging. It has a wider soundstage with more left-rigth separation, and bass is looser, more rumbly than on the Edifier - which is tighter in the lows. I can throw these in a bag and pop them in on the bus linking to my watch when I'm out working and have my work phone on me. By putting one bud in the case to recharge it, you can continue listening to the other earpiece, and control it the same way.
