Uniquely characteristic, Masons Tea Edition combines inherently dry Yorkshire Tea with smooth juniper flavours, sharp citrus and warming spice for a refreshingly long, dry finish. Their desire to create their spirit in Yorkshire is a crucial point as having left their jobs they soon realised that to do so they were going to have to make the gin themselves given all the distilleries in Yorkshire had unfortunately been shut-down many years before. Refreshingly dry, the sweet citrus, pine and dry juniper flavours balance beautifully with hints of spice and a subtle finish of Yorkshire Tea – a refreshing take on a British classic.
