About this deal

A very good lotion, it leaves the skin very well and with a very fresh and pleasant aroma, which reminds me of humid autumn and winter days, walking through the green forest surrounded by pine trees. Despite its long history of life, it has always maintained itself among one of the most promising national perfumes. Side-by-side, four hours after applying, I have to literally bury my nose in the AB to smell it where I can easily still smell the herbal pine-y-ness of Pino at arms length. Puig house has wonderful fragrances and I have enjoyed most of them, especially BRUMMEL and QUORUM(of which I am an everyday heavy loyal user); simply I love QUORUM as my dearest and most beloved aftershave/cologne that only ARAMIS(original) can share its place as my second beloved one.

The sophisticated formula of this lotion will soften our skin and help reduce redness, while offering us the exquisiteness and sophistication of its aroma. As has been stated before there IS a short period where they both smell remarkably similar; around the 10-15 to about the 30 minute mark AB smells very similar to Pino, but that's about the end of the similarities, which I attribute to the herbal/pine odor that both are emanating. This scent includes notes of Bergamot, Lemon, Sage, Lavender, Juniper, Clove, Pine, Thyme, Bay Leaf, Carnation, Moss, Sandalwood, Patchouli, Vetiver, Musk and Leather.

Here comes the wannabe poetic bit : Think of a black-haired, sun-browned Spanish farmer getting showered and shaved ready for a summer evening out with his girlfriend.

It does not have any real sense of 'sillage' of course, but I still smell it on skin (and particularly on fabric) hours later - but more in the way a soap might leave the skin smelling. Before the days of mobile phones and when everyone had a car, he'll walk along a dust track, all preened in a white shirt and black trousers, past the sun baked allotments and herb gardens, on his way to her parents' house. For something from the 60s this smells so fantastic, compared to so much garbage that put out that has no real scent but chemical abbrasivneess. Being a fan of (almost) all the innovative mediterranean fragrances (from D's Cool Water to Annick Goutal's Sables and beyond), I can not stand to the Puig's Agua Brava.kitchen herbs, warm and savory, but also there is pine and some inedible herbs like maybe juniper or something. I got a 500ml bottle (without an atomizer) for a little under 15 USD, so I pour this into a small atomizer and spray liberally.

Definitely an EDC in terms of lifespan, but stronger performance than a citrus-heavy EDC like the Guerlain eaux series. If the item comes direct from a manufacturer, it may be delivered in non-retail packaging, such as a plain or unprinted box or plastic bag. I had a bath, put on Agua Brava, step out to meet my buddies for coffee and boom "why you wearing mosquito repellent in the morning? These areas pulse having a temperature above the rest of the body, and this will help the fragrance to evaporate slower. From now on at Perfume’s Club, you can find products sent by external sellers, always under Perfume’s Club’s quality criteria.

To my nose this is a lot like Pino Silvestre, but more complex, richer and better blended and with a more interesting dry-down. Probably would prefer a spray, but the fragrance itself is unmistakably attractive without the nasty "fresh" smell that most men's products seem to have, which as a woman I find unpleasant. If you ever plan to walk the 'Camino de Santiago' then I would suggest you let this fantastic fragrance escort you safely and reassuringly along your way. The glass bottle comes in the shape of a Spanish leather 'bota' water bottle and is perfect for this fragrance. If you're a fan of Mediterranean cookery, there's a chance that you'll enjoy this, - I just wish it were a little better blended. the longevity and the sillage are weak perhaps because it is an EDC, perhaps the heat does not affect it positively, but I have the idea that Puig has a lot revised and lightened the formula. As the citrus dies down over about 10-15 minutes it becomes much more herbal; the thyme and bay leaf definitely are the strongest. Agua Brava notes consist of bergamot, lemon, sage, lavender, juniper, clove, pine, thyme, bay leaf, carnation, moss, sandalwood, patchouli, vetiver, musk, and leather. Nota bene: all the ones I mentioned used to have the characteristic drydown of blends with oakmoss and other IFRA banned ingredients.
