Before we move on, I think it's important that would-be traditional espresso machine users understand that to use a machine like this means to become a home barista, at least to some degree. It's mainly because fitting a lower pressure pump or an overpressure valve to limit the pressure to 9 bars, would make it a more expensive machine to build. Be aware though that this type of machine does involve some effort, compared to a pod machine, or even a filter machine.The machine is lightweight as expected so the most difficult thing about it is holding it still while I insert the tight (that’s good) filter holder.
