For 19 years now, he has been teaching Tourism and Hospitality Laws, Legal Policy Issues in the Tourism and Hospitality Industry, and Sustainable Tourism at the UST College of Tourism and Hospitality Management.Paula’s work in the industry and education has earned her many Awards and accolades including the prestigious European WICE Award Lifetime in Engineering for 2021. ICE is governed by a 12 strong Trustee Board, which is responsible for the Institution’s strategic decision making. He served as Foreign Secretary from 2010 to 2014, as well as First Secretary of State, a role he carried with him when he became Leader of the House of Commons from 2014 to 2015 before retiring from British politics at the General Election. Bowen earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Virginia, a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management and a Juris Doctor from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law.

Isobel has worked in the role of programme leader and was instrumental in the development of the first spa management degree in the world and the establishment and running of an award-winning commercial day spa within the University.
