About this deal

Uniquely built and designed by child development and social-emotional learning experts in collaboration with leaders from some of the most prominent tech and media companies, OK Play is where children's growth is fostered and their creativity celebrated, a breakthrough in children's entertainment; a digital creative playground for kids that moves beyond both passive entertainment and traditional learning.

The OK Play creator community was built to encourage responsible, thoughtful media habits, where creative activities provide a groundswell of inspiration for positive content creation. Each rod clips into a central base, which has a carabiner at the top, so you can easily hang onto the entire game. Please note: Virtual goods are eligible for PayPal Credit with the exception of electronic gift cards and software downloads. Each player receives a stack of coloured tiles, taking it in turns to place a tile on the table and racing to get five in a row before anyone else. In an OK Play game your mission is to make a horizontal, vertical or diagonal line of five tiles in your colour. This rewards attentive players, who may place tiles off the edges of their opponents’ plays – or refuse to play in a seemingly prime spot, because it will give another player an advantage. Play offensively, attempting to construct as many lines as possible, or defensively, focusing on blocking players and waiting for your chance to strike when they're not expecting it. You must be over 18, a resident of the country offering Afterpay, and meeting additional eligibility criteria to qualify. The rules are simple: using your stack of tiles, you try to make a line of five before any of your opponents can.

Whether you’re from Albania or Zambia, speaking in Urdu or Zulu or playing against a rabbi or a Jedi, OK Play can go anywhere and be played by anyone, with anyone (even if you can’t understand a word the other person is saying). This game is designed to be portable, a handy clip included, the instructions attached (not that you'll need them. It’s a way to have a simple game at your fingertips, ready to play in any place with any combination of people. And with our new weekly creative challenges feature, kids can proudly display their own creations to the community and learn from each other. This game is a blast to play, it is super potable, can be played pretty much anywhere, with anyone and is very quick to play. Just don't be too surprised when the kids pick it up a lot faster than their parents) For ages 8+ and 2-4 players. OK is the worlds most understood word, which makes it the perfect name for the worlds easiest to understand game.My one gripe with this is that if someone pays 5 dollars for the game, it seems fair not to keep your hints behind an ad wall. It is regarded as the world’s easiest to understand game and with minimal components and simple rules, it is no wonder it has been given this unofficial title.

The game scales well, working at all player counts, but I particular enjoy three or four-player games where you have more devious interaction going on. Don’t get me wrong, there is a time and place for the heavy hitters, but there is also a time and place for games such as OK Play.

OK Play has been given the title of the world’s easiest to understand game and it is no surprise why. Big Potato Games has stated that one of the goals of OK Play is to facilitate playing games without sharing a language.
