Unfortunately, all Dead Alliance servers are being shut down and the game will be inactive beginning December 16th, 2022. If you were part of Early Access but do not see Dead Alliance in your library, please log out and back into your account.

At the end of the day, and like its enemies contained within, this game should stay dead like its zombies. Using varied loadouts from guns to pheromone grenades, players will also use the zombies themselves as weapons against opposing factions, turning them into undead allies.

We've seen some questions about how to unlock Dead Alliance if you already own the game through Early Access (which is different from Open Beta). Build your squad and take strategic control of bases across maps infected with zombies, using the dead themselves as weapons against your opposing faction. It's taken me a while to get used to the items which control the zombies but they really make a difference and add that something extra.

We greatly appreciate all of you who have supported us and played Dead Alliance for the past few years. Normally I don’t tend to focus on the negatives, but instead talk about what a game does well, but there’s simply not that much done well here aside from a neat idea with poor gameplay execution.

It has been a pleasure and honor to experience such great memories in this game with this community. To stay alive, you must face off against enemy armies and gruesome, man-eating killers - all while attempting to capture and control as many bases as possible. Dead Alliance is a multiplayer first-person zombie shooter set in a post-apocalyptic world, where former military bases stand intact and are the only remaining city-states. With a myriad of issues, especially extremely outdated visuals and poor performance, sadly this is a very bland shooter with awful execution.
