It is light and citrusy however, people have been saying that it is a bit similar to Verdace away Fraiche but I think I prefer Versace over to Dolce and Gabbana.

This part of the wear smells really balanced between that grapefruit, juniper, and the aquatic notes. Opening is bright, sunny, dry down still massive mandarin, seaweed/sandy (in a good way), ever so slightly powdery, slightly sweet. This twist is interesting and it "levels" (grounds, stabilizes, make based) the scent but it also might be perceived as dull. I got a sample of this fragrance and I’m so glad I did, the opening is very fresh perhaps a bit too harsh but it doesn’t bother me. For me when I first got this I too found it hard to wear but managed to find some fragrances that layer extremely well with it which took the edge off from that strong smell.

It is a pleasant refreshment during a hot day but you need to respray every 3 hours because it fades away. It takes the now popular aquatic Light Blue, with its delightful salty sea and citrus-musk quality, and gives you a very masculine, deepened experience that eclipses the original. The opening took some getting used to since the grapefruit note is somewhat overwhelming but in the air this fragrance smells amazing. An abundance of vibrant amber woods wrapped in musks extends the radiance and staying power of this masculine blend, leaving a potent trail that captures the innate sensuality of the Light Blue man.I get a "popcorny" - hard to put into words - musk after about 5 minutes, especially if you apply it on clothes. While Light Blue Intense Pour Home does have powdery musk, it comes across as a bit more skin-like, paired with the more piquant accord of grapefruit and green, woody juniper. It smells clean through and through, really does a good job at being citrusy and oceanic without being too sweet to me. You might have to inhale deeply initially to get it, but as it dries it shows up, dancing around with the juniper. Projection after 30 min is roughly a foot or 2 progressively getting less by the minute till about 3-4 hours where this is a dull skin scent.
