The one note that jars for me from the outset and until it settles right down, is a sweaty unpleasant smell which I can only attribute to clary sage and I wasn't surprised to see it amongst the notes here. Top notes are Lavender, Rosemary, Bergamot and Clary Sage; middle notes are Clove, Geranium, Pine and Cinnamon; base notes are oak moss, Musk, Tonka Bean, Amber and Virginia Cedar. That said this could be used throughout the year as a daily scent including for work but also those date nights out. It's fresher than you might think, so you can easily rock this is in spring, but it still has that typical 70's dept fitting for the colder months. The first time I sprayed this it was a bit of a full on scent assault, but subsequently it seems to have settled down quite a bit - so give it a chance if you don't get on with it straight away.
