I usually find that my cupcakes last for around 3-5 days in an airtight container. It’s usually eaten by that point, but I wouldn’t recommend keeping it for longer than that.

I mean, don’t go rushing out to buy a new one if you have one that’s 10 inches wide – but your cheesecake will be a lot flatter! Can I print your gluten-free ‘Kinder Bueno’ cheesecake recipe? Cream together your softened butter and sugar using an electric hand whisk. Do so until lighter in colour and fluffier in texture. Oh and remember NOT to over mix the cheesecake filling, otherwise it can split! Can I make your gluten-free ‘Kinder Bueno’ cheesecake without any kind of electric mixer/appliance at all? Some people have asked if they can use psyllium husk powder instead of xanthan gum, which would work here too. It can make cakes a little crumbly, but it shouldn’t make a different here. In some of my recipes, yes, but I wouldn’t recommend leaving xanthan gum out of this one. You’ll see xanthan gum in a lot of my recipes as it’s an essential ingredient in gluten-free baking.A cheesecake really does need a good 12 hours to set – after all, we’re not baking anything in this recipe at all! So you’ve got to give it a lot of time to chill in the fridge and set. Patience is important. You can of course, use either for both tasks too, just make sure you clean your stand mixer bowl in between of course. Can I make this recipe completely by hand? You’d NEVER know this was gluten-free by tasting it, so there’s no need to make a separate dessert just for yourself.

But definitely don’t make this in a normal cake tin without a loose bottom/springform mechanism. You won’t be able to get the cheesecake out or cut it! Can I make this recipe without xanthan gum? If you did allow your cheesecake an adequate time to set and this happened, then it’ll be down to two other reasons. Firstly, you might have over-mixed your mixture and it either split, or became really thin. To illustrate my point I have rounded up twenty amazingly delicious gluten free foods. I defy any gluten-eaters to not drool while reading this. Gluten free food ruuuuules! And with more gluten free products appearing on the shelves every month, if you’re fave product isn’t available right now you bet it will be soon.I can understand the need to reduce sugar in our foods, but this recipe is one where I wouldn’t recommend it.

Sift your gluten free flour, cocoa, baking powder and xanthan gum and then mix with your electric hand whisk until combined.Fast-forward to 2020 and I never would have imagined that I’d be creating a recipe like this here on the blog.
