Your condenser tumble dryer collects the water from the clothes in a water tank that is found at the bottom of the machine.This container is only known to fit the models as shown or as advised and will not fit any others because even if it looks the same, it probably won't be. If we are not notified of damage within 24 hours we are unable to claim from either the manufacturer or the carrier and you may be liable and unable to claim for damage. We use Royal Mail, Hermes, DPD, Parcelforce and DX and carrier is chosen based on location and size and is at our discretion.
