This is a great cooler weather day time scent, possibly even the summer but may be slightly cloying in heat.This is an example of a scent that might prompt people to think "he smells great" rather than "his cologne smells great. This is great I just got myself a bottle made (produced) in Holland (Netherlands) and the ones made in France are ones you should be looking for if you want some very good overall performance, the ones made in Germany and the US are pretty weak. And so i sprayed to squirts on the back of each hand two hours ago and have been monitoring them since.

The fragrance does not undergo any significant development and remains quite linear from beginning to end. I bought 4 while I could and when ever I spray it on, it lingers in the room and its like smelling spices at Christmas, woody aromatic and yet fresh. So don’t expect any “powerhouse” for sure – this is, or was, probably one of the most elegant British fragrances around. Anyway I don't see many people saying that computers and operating systems should have stopped developing, say, 35 or 40 years ago.
