The promoter of this competition is Norseland Ltd (trading under their Ilchester® brand), Somerton Road, Ilchester, BA22 8JL (the Promotor). This is phenomenal and goes to show that not only can business ideas be born from anywhere, but importantly – what can happen when we positively show our support to people. The departments aren't actually separated and the hole thing is made really cheaply so when it arrived all cheeses had moved together to form a massive lump of cheese in the middle. Eight varieties of cheese are available this year: Jarlsberg, Applewood, Ilchester Mature Cheddar, Ilchester Red Leicester Cheese, Ilchester Wensleydale with cranberries, Ilchester Wensleydale with Gingerbread, Ilchester Double Gloucester and Mexicana (a cheddar cheese packed with bell peppers and hot chill spices).
