Tap Plastic's Magic Smooth is my number one go to for creating a study finish easily that looks amazing. Magic Sculpt is also a great sturdy finish and great to work with and easy to clean The spray paint list is one that took a while to get together, these paints and makes give you the best, closest result to the original helmet, believe me, I've tried every can of green in the world! Haha This is where we get into it, it's a long process, masking off areas and maskol, wire wooling and referring to your templates, I'll try to be as clear as possible.

This helmet can be taken apart into two pieces. The front has an electronic voice changer to mask your voice, making it the rough style of Rens. Inside are adjustable straps to fit the helmet to your head. When the outer mask is removed it makes a hissing sound. Whereas when it is sealed, it makes a thunk. The helmet also makes Darth Vader’s iconic breathing sounds. To attach the range finder, line up the base of the antenna with the top of the rectangular prism on the left side (left if you are facing the helmet, right side if you are wearing the helmet.) See Image 1 and 2 in this step.

This helmet fits a little bit smaller than the other two previously listed. As such, it is a great choice for younger kids to wear. The plastic helmet comes with a chin strap and other adjustable straps for a snugger fit. Commemorate the live-action return of fan-favourite character Boba Fett with this Re-Armored Premium Electronic Helmet! Inspired by the Star Wars: The Mandalorian on Disney+, this helmet features premium detailing and moulded design and flip-down rangefinder with flashing LED lights and an illuminated heads-up display. Fans can imagine what it was like for the famous bounty hunter to reclaim his iconic armour and suit up for galactic action alongside The Mandalorian! There is a switch inside the helmet that allows you to choose which battle you’d like to simulate. You can choose from the Battle of Yavin, where he pilots his X-Wing, or the Battle of Hoth in his snow speeder.

Start sanding with 80 grit. Take down all the rough edges. If you hit cardboard, stop, you went a little too far. NBD, add a little magic smooth resin, sand, resin, sand, with thin layers and increasingly fine sandpaper as you go (Images 5 - 7). When you're happy with the finish, paint. I've sent this one off to a young padawan who isn't as concerned with the finish as he is with bounty hunting, so I didn't go as far into detail as I would for myself, nor did I spend much time on the facemask, but this should give you the info you need to see how I did it. Fans can imagine scenes from the Star Wars Galaxy with this premium roleplay helmet, inspired by the live-action series on Disney+ Although this one is not yet released in stores, it comes out in February of this year. It comes with sound effects that synchronize with flashing lights. They simulate battle explosions and blaster fire.

Although this helmet is not battle-scarred and is all white, it still includes similar features to the other Boba Fett helmet. This one also includes a range finder. The range finder still flips down and has glowing LED lights. On the interior is an illuminated heads-up display as well. The dotted lines on this template file piece are alignment lines showing you how much to overlap. When folding, you may need to mash the ruler edge down a little to crush the corrugation. Then fold the edges along the ruler. PDF files linked below. The circumference of the template helmet is about 14 inches around, so use Inkscape or Illustrator to scale up by a factor of about 1.7x (or better- measure your own head and do math) before printing these templates. The all-silver-grey armored helmet includes a flip-down range finder. The range finder lights up to reveal LED flashing lights. Additionally, there is a heads-up display that illuminates. The interior is padded, making it fit comfortably on the head. There are also scratches seen around the outside to represent battle scarring. If you’ve ever wanted to experience the heat of battle, this helmet does just that! Luke’s visor simulates blaster blasts from enemy ships. Speakers make the sounds of blaster fire as well.

Hello, this instructable is to help you paint a boba fett helmet with spray cans, if you've made a cast or a pepakura helmet or just want the correct colours for another project, this is the place to be. From Boba Fett to Wedge Antilles, you can choose from your favorite movie or tv show characters. Since 2015, they have released a variety of characters’ helmets and some of the same. No matter which movie you want to base your costumes on, they have an option for you. The top part that holds the range finder is sand colour, you can just prime it and then humbrol sand colour. The first helmet released after one seen in a tv show was the Incinerator Stormtrooper. Based on the one seen in The Mandalorian, it matches the white with red markings on the helmet.Below we will go through each of the helmets released since their launch in 2015. We will go into the details, prices, and looks of each. 1. Kylo Ren Helmet Estimated ship date subject to change, items may ship earlier or later than anticipated without notice That last one, the dark green 30 is the daddy! It took me a long time to get that one right, that's the key to the whole helmet, that's the one I had to paint 4 different greens before finding that and being happy with it, even if your not gonna do this project, and you see that colour, get it! And give it to someone that loves boba fett, they'll be your friend for life! Haha Boba Fett sure is a popular character, as are his helmets. Another version was released in 2021. This design was styled after his helmet in The Mandalorian series. It includes the iconic weathering and beat-up look on the outside, along with a large dent on the left-hand side.

As you look at the helmet, the right ear is green ( olive drab green ) the left is silver and sand and has the range finder. We will start with the right ear. Just like Luke’s X-Wing helmet, Wedge’s also comes with sound effects and in-visor LED lights. They simulate the battle sounds and blaster fire. In addition to the noise of the blaster fire, you can hear your trusty droid R2-A3 through your speaker. When I set my helmet up, I made it so I could unscrew the ears and visor, just for future things like touch ups or re-painting. it's not important, but that's why in the picture there separate, anyway the first thing is primer, 2 coats and wire wool in between. BOBA FETT (RE-ARMORED): Boba Fett seemingly met his demise in the Sarlacc pit on Tatooine. Fett has survived the beast and has now reclaimed his distinctive Mandalorian armor It also has adjustable straps and padding inside, making it wearable for all head sizes. The electric voice changers make your voice sound just like the troopers seen in The Mandalorian. The bottom part is silver and sand in the middle, prime it, then silver, then mask off the top and bottom so the middle can take the humbrol sand colour, with a tiny bit of maskol for a few scratches. Featuring highly-detailed deco, series-inspired design, interior padding, adjustable fit, and electronic lights, this full-scale Boba Fett (Re-Armored) helmet is an iconic addition to any Star Wars fan’s collection
