The plainness of the back wall, the lack of scenery in the back yard/back alley, and the lack of interior furnishings are naturally all hallmarks of when the set was released, since it shares all those features with Cafe Corner. I've been wanting to modify my Lepin 15007 Market Street modular, so this was an opportune time to attack the project. If you want to farm sets for the real hose, you need the Bionicle Krekka or, allegedly, the old Alien Fossilizer set, but I doubt that this early set had the new variation of the mold. Light My Bricks™ and the Light My Bricks logo, are trademarks and copyrights of Light My Bricks Pty Ltd. No one really likes stickers it seems, and they tend to cost more than anyone really wants to spend in these expensive sets.

I like the Dutch stepped gable since we don't have much architectural representation for buildings of that area of the world — but I don't really like this Modular and haven't regretted not having it. Also, as amazing as the Ninjago City sets are, they have never been branded or advertised as part of a shared collection, nor have they ever passed the test of being able to add or remove vertical sections without disrupting foot traffic between floors. So if there were more such articles, I might be tempted to rebrick the remaining 5 modulars I havent got already. I removed the garages/markets and displayed the 2 main buildings - one in dark blue and the other in light blue.

Now Bricklink says that his shirt is light blue, but I think it's white paint on top of dark blue plastic.Oh, I should mention that the original Market Street building had a staircase right in the middle of each floor.
