I have been using the alternative handles for blinds on the market but my customers were never happy with the design. These are spot on to ensure that the blinds fit close to the window hence, maximising the internal window sill.

Jusrt what we were looking for. Fits perfectly and allows us to have blinds much nearer the window than was previously possible. Slimline or narrow type hinges are friction hinges that have a reduced the width where the hinge part fits onto the frame part of the window, certain profile manufacturers made their systems to suit these type of hinges only. You will find the width of the part that attatches to the frame is 15mm in width rather than the more commonly fitted 18mm. By using the same width part it should ensure that all the closing parts locate into the correct position when operated. Measurements are crucial —most important are handle length, spindle length and the width of the unit.

Just what I needed. The old window handles protruded 50-odd mm into recess, so installing a blind or secondary glazing would be a problem. Configuration and size options

Great little window handle, as it's projecting catch is slim, enables a venetian blind to be fitted closer to the window frame. As the blind is raised and lowered, the handle glides past with ease. This chrome version is classy.
