A triple-sleeve Gatefold holding three 180 gram blue 12" vinyl records containing the original twelve track album, three unreleased tracks and eight B-sides, all newly remastered from the original analogue tapes.Shrouded in wafting guitars, swoony rhythms, and moody-blue strings, it shrugs off mosh-pit conventions for a poignant delicacy and breadth, with Yorke's cracked-throat voice the album's melancholy center. Under this weighty tome are yet more surprises: a notebook containing 104 pages from Thom Yorke's library of scrawled notes of the time, a sketchbook containing 48 pages of Donwood and Tchock's 'preparatory work' and a C90 cassette mix tape taken from OK Computer session archives and demo tapes. The program lists the band members and the date 19 December 1996, plays several minutes of electronic tones, and displays the text: "Congratulations. The original studio recordings of these three previously unreleased and long sought-after OK COMPUTER era tracks finally receive their first official issue on OKNOTOK. There will be a super deluxe edition style box set – with all formats including three unreleased tracks and the eight B-sides from the era. This boxed edition contains three black 12 inch vinyl records, featuring 23 tracks - the original studio album, three previously unreleased studio tracks and eight B-sides.Yet more importantly, OK Computer is no more or less than a sparkling, dramatic and moving collection of songs that haven't lost any of their impact in the interim. OKNOTOK is dedicated to Rachel Owen, Yorke's ex-wife, who died from cancer months prior to the album release. XL Records’ 20th anniversary vinyl reissue of OK Computer—subtitled OKNOTOK 1997-2017—echoes such prevalent themes: The struggle to maintain meaningful human interaction. Exclusive to the box is a “C90 cassette mix tape” compiled by the band, taken from OK Computer session archives and demo tapes. Following the vinyl and boxed edition release two weeks later, it re-entered the chart at number 23, selling another 17,000 copies (including 8,000 on vinyl and 7,000 on CD).

OKnotOK features the original OK Computer twelve track album, eight B-sides, and the Radiohead completist’s dream: I Promise, Lift, and Man Of War. He begins sounding utterly wounded until – as if revelling in the places his voice is capable of taking the song – it ends up becoming something quite defiant. Digital formats, double CD, and triple 180g LP versions of the 23-track album will be released widely on June 23rd.

The vinyl within the big package is housed in a hardcover book along with 40 pages of artwork and lyrics plus also a 104-page notebook and a further 48-page sketchbook of artwork and notes. A triple vinyl edition gives you the three records in the box in a triple gatefold sleeve (“designed particularly for this record”).While the sonics are stellar and all three discs ruler flat, scuff marks, bubbles, and hairline scratches inhabit every side. Too bad XL Records didn’t contract with a pressing plant with quality control worthy of Radiohead’s watershed work.
