About this deal

The bumper bar does look stylish and little boys may feel excited (role-playing driving). However, restless toddlers will not have any support to lean on the sides. What I Wish Could Have Been Better

The Quinny Moodd is strong, stable and robust. It’s light to push and easy to steer, even one handed. The air tyres means it’s a very smooth ride Simply combine the Moodd stroller chassis with the Quinny Tukk Foldable Carrier, and it will be instantly transformed into a perfect and cozy (not to mention stylish) pram. The footrest can be adjusted up and down. However, it only extends up to only 8” from the seat, which is relatively short and may not work for kids older than 2 even though the weight capacity can accommodate bigger toddlers. I’d like to have it telescope further down so that older or long-legged kids will have a more comfortable ride, without having to ride with their knees propped up or legs dangling. All round suspension on the Moodd creates a smooth ride for you and your baby and the front swivel wheel makes the pram super manoeuvrable even on the busiest streets. The handle bar is adjustable for the tallest or shortest of parents and the basket is large enough to carry any essentials. And speaking of, the shopping basket is wide but very shallow, and as the bar of the pram cuts across the top so it’s difficult to put any big bags in it (and loose items aren’t particularly stable). Obviously this isn’t a deal breaker, but it does make your life a lot more difficult when you’re shopping The Maxi-Cosi infant car seat provides seamless and easy transfers from the car to the streets. And what more can I complain about the stylish and futuristic looks of the Quinny Moodd stroller and its uber cool unfold mechanism? The caveats would probably be its weight, bulkiness and the moderately sized canopy. Moving up to the handle, pressing the button in the middle will allow you to telescope the foam covered handle from 96cms to 104cms. Fold Pebble used on FamilyFix offers extra upward position, giving baby extra legroom, allowing longer and safer rearward-facing travel If you are discounting this pushchair because it only has three wheels and you are a four-wheeler sort of gal, then don't despair as the Moodd will change to suit yours. The front wheel unit listed in the accessories is the alternative two-wheel front fork, instead of the single wheel that comes supplied as standard. Conclusion

It fitted in a taxi with no problems, although the driver did have to help me to lift it in and out. There’s no danger of it falling over when you go round corners (this is as issue with the lightweight Maclaren) No peekaboo window. I noticed that many luxury strollers don’t have a peekaboo window… I wonder why… I always want to see what baby Sophia is doing so it is a must-have feature for me. For the parent who’s looking for style and substance, Quinny strollers consistently deliver. The Yezz stroller folds in seconds and is extremely light and compact and stays upright even when folded. The front wheels swivel for smooth navigation around tight corners and over cobblestone. It even has a handy shoulder strap for easy toting with both hands free. Whether shopping or globetrotting, this stroller the perfect companion for your little one and a fantastic urban adventure. Suitable from birth to 15kg, it comes with a padded ‘baby nest’ cocoon that fits on top of the seat when reclined and is secured with the straps. We haven’t used this but it looks pretty cosyWe were recently invited along to meet with Quinny at The Baby Show, for a special top secret buggy review mission. We were given the new model of the Moodd to try out while we were there, and have been reviewing it for the past few weeks. So here’s what we thought (you can also read my iCandy Raspberry review, Britax Affinity review and Armadillo Flip XT review) The Moodd maneuverability is good. It’s pretty light and effortless to push on a smooth ground or if you have a smaller child onboard. However, if you have a child near the weight limit, you’ll definitely need both hands.

The Moodd is bold and sophisticated ? and it folds and unfolds with zero effort. It also pairs seamlessly with all components of the travel system, so your baby can travel in comfort and style from day one. Best possible IsoFix safety and ease of use with FamilyFix base unit, base alsoŒ suitable for Pearl toddler car seat From birth the Quinny Moodd is compatible with the compact carrycot, which will keep your little one safe and comfortable till around 6 months old. On the frame of the Moodd, the carrycot sits quite high which we love and memory buttons make it super easy when you’re taking the carrycot off the pram. The Quinny Moodd 3-in-1 travel system is a great travel solution if you’re looking for something that you can use from birth. I love how the way Quinny Foldable Tukk Carrier works as a pram on the Moodd frame. It is practical, stylish and a real comfort for the newborns. When searching for the right to stroller to buy, parents need to remember that their own comfort are just as important as the child’s.

Although the reversed deep recline position is said to be suitable for newborns, I personally would only put a baby in it after 3-4 months old because the seat is not totally flat and the design of the stroller seat is relatively open. The Quinny Moodd is majestic stroller featuring a distinctive design. The chassis of the Moodd is similar to the inferior Buzz - three-wheeled and quite wide. It automatically unfolds itself thanks to the hydraulic mechanism. The front double wheel is easily maneuverable and can also be replaced with an optional axle with two single wheels, creating a Quinny Moodd 4 variation. Rear wheels are large and foam-filled. The shoulder pads are well-cushioned to ensure comfort, but may seem a little bulky for the smaller babies. The 2015 Moodd model now has the harness padding color coded to match the rest of the stroller. Quinny is one of Europe’s most respected stroller brand, and is a trendsetter in terms of design and style. Over the years, they have introduced a series of strollers – Yezz, Moodd, Buzz Xtra and the Zapp Xtra. The seat cover is made of water and dirt repellent fabric, so it’s easy to wipe off spills. It’s also easy to remove the harness pads, as well as the entire seat unit in 1 piece so that the stroller frame can be wiped clean.

The basket on the Moodd model is OK. It’s not very deep, but is easily accessible and can hold up to 11 lbs. You will be able to fit a large diaper bag, but nothing else. If you like to go grocery shopping with your stroller, be ready to leave the store with just a few items.

Our flat is up two flights of stairs, and as we don’t like to leave things downstairs overnight we need something that’s fairly portable Update: Quinny Moodd has collaborated with award-winning fashion designer, Rachel Zoe, to create the Rachel Zoe Jet Set Quinny Moodd Special Edition.
