I should clarify that I searched the cards on the internet, I have no idea about tarot cards reading.

The Vampire King becoming a lion after being cured implies that this may have been his original form before transformation into a vampire. Furthermore, the Vampire King refers to The Wheel of Fortune and The Chariot, both of which are also trump cards in the Tarot, and he himself is based on the Wheel of Fortune card, which depicts the creatures that make up his design - a man, a lion, an eagle, a snake - and he has a cow as a companion, the last creature shown on the Wheel of Fortune card.

Players use tarot cards for divination, using the arrangement of the cards and specific interpretation methods to gain guidance and insight into the past, present or future. The game can combine elements of divination, allowing players to experience the mystery and revelation of Tarot cards in the game. Having grown tired of being a vampire, Marceline asked her friend Bonnibel Bubblegum to extract her vampiric essence, in an attempt to make her mortal once again.
