About this deal

Another entry from HP, this time the HP Envy All-In-One PC also with 27-inch Ultra HD monitor but with integrated touchscreen. It also takes on a whole new design language, one that is darker and more rectangular with sharp edges while maintaining a mysterious and sleek outlook. It differentiate itself from the rest where instead of jamming all the components behind the display, HP has opted instead to use a set-top box styled base. This is the machine that will make iMac users green with envy especially when it supports touch. Choose the operating system you like. Apple’s iMacs are some of the best all-in-ones around, but you may need to shop for a different option if you prefer the Windows operating system, and vice versa.

Intel SME Study Disclaimer: Based on a 2018 survey of small business owners in five countries. Details here intel.com.au/smestudy I can’t say the same about the keyboard. It uses a rubber dome membrane that creates a squishy, vague key feel. This makes the keyboard uncomfortable to use for long periods, as it’s hard to know how far a key should be pressed to be activated. The mouse is the better of the pair. It’s a simple and comfortable, compact device with three buttons and a scroll wheel. Nothing special, but it did the job. An entry-level Logitech mouse, like the M325 Wireless Mouse, is a better choice with superior materials and more buttons—but the bundled mouse is fine.

Essential accessories for your Inspiron 27 7000 All-in-One

With 802.11 ax / WiFi 6 technology, you can enjoy a reliable connection from anywhere in the house. Music sounds impressive thanks to the speakers’ bass which, in turn, provides room for the upper and mid-range to express themselves without becoming muddled. Vocals and beats come through at once without one overwhelming the other. As mentioned, the Inspiron 27 All-in-One features a 27-inch display with full HD resolution, available with or without touch support. We received the touch panel, which usually means a glossy overlay that creates distracting glare and annoying reflections. I'm pleased to report that the Dell's touch screen doesn't suffer from such maladies. The finish does an admirable job fighting glare and reflections, helped by the fact that the display is considerably brighter than average (I measured it at 450 nits). Colors appeared vivid and rich with good contrast; Dell says the panel covers 99% of the sRGB color gamut.

Dell’s Inspiron 27 All-in-One is an excellent choice if you want a simple, attractive, versatile desktop for basic tasks. It will look great in both a home office or living room, isn’t overly large, and runs quietly. There’s plenty of connectivity for both wired and wireless peripherals and even HDMI-in for an external video source, such as a game console. Finally, we have the Surface Studio 2, an All-in-One like no other. The Surface Studio 2 is way overdue for an update and comes with a ridiculously high price tag. But all that is justified when you see how much care and attention to detail is put into the design of this design powerhouse. From the magnetic attachment for the Surface Pen, the floating hinge and lets you effortlessly change the angle of the display to how slim the entire display is. It is actually no bigger than a tablet. Let’s call it a giant slate and leave it at that. Again, it is no 27-inch but a close 28-inch AIO. At the time of writing, UserBenchmarks place Intel Core i7-11700 at around one third faster than Intel Core i7-1165G7 achieving an average score of 35% faster when compared to Intel Core i7-1165G7. Technical City takes a more in-depth approach running different benchmarks with the following results: The Inspiron 27 performance has limits, though. This is not a good choice for content creators of any level of experience. It’s also a terrible choice for PC gaming. The 1080p display also fails to impress which, in turn, can make streaming video look dull and soft—especially when compared to a 4K TV or monitor. Look for a large, detailed display. This is one of the great advantages of all-in-ones, especially if you have specific visual requirements for your work/play and you won’t be able to replace the display later like you can with other PCs. Look for around 24 to 27 inches to start with and 4K resolution if you have any interest in a higher resolution. Some are touchscreens, but this feature isn’t always important on an all-in-one.All other products will be delivered via the fastest available method (excluding bank holidays and weekends) and generally within 3-5 days, depending on customer location. The Dell Inspiron 27 achieves a single-threaded score of 1570 in Geekbench 5. That’s a strong score, defeating the Core i5-12400 in the Acer Aspire TC desktop, which scored 1446. It also beats mid-range mobile AMD Ryzen processors. The Lenovo Yoga 6 laptop, powered by an AMD Ryzen 5 5500U, scored just 1075 in this test. But there is an issue with the display: the “screen door effect,” which results in faint, visible lines across the display. This is caused by a gap between pixels that’s large enough to be noticeable. The Dell Inspiron 27 suffers a mild version of this issue, so everyone might not see it, but those that do will most likely find it distracting.

Now that you know where it stands in terms of performance, what about its design. Every bit of the HP Paviion 27 screams luxury. With a 27-inch Full HD display surrounded by micro-edge bezels, pop-up web cam and a full width front facing soundbar directly underneath that, it still manages to keep an ultra slim profile. That huge IPS panel also supports touch and reduced blue light for ease of use. Lastly, the entire unit is mounted on a durable aluminium stand finished in satin to round up the whole luxurious feel. Oh, and the audio system is tuned by B&O with a neat tag at the end of the fabric covered soundbar so the system is good for entertainment too. While both Core i7-12700T and Core i7-12700 are Alder Lake S processor for desktop, with the same number of cores and threads, the Core i7-12700T runs cooler at 35W Typical TDP and 99W Turbo TDP compare to 65W Typical TDP and 180W Turbo TDP. This also means the efficient cores have a lower base frequency of 1.00GHz (Turbo Boost to 3.4GH) compared to 1.60GHz (Turbo Boost to 3.6GHz). The performance cores also have lower base and turbo speeds at 1.40GHz and 4.70GHz compared to 2.10GHz and 4.90GHz.If you're worried about support, don't -- Apple has already said it's dedicated to support Intel machines for many years to come, including the 27-inch iMac 5K. The Intel chip inside this model may run hotter, but it shreds through almost any task put before it. Compared to the previous generation, we found improvements of up to 48% in some tasks. The only conclusion that can be drawn from the two 3DMark tests is that the 12th Gen Core i7's Iris Xe integrated graphics are clearly superior to Intel's older UHD 630 silicon and closer to Nvidia's GeForce MX330 entry-level discrete GPU. None of these systems will satisfy hardcore gamers, but none is intended to. Hard drive retention: Hard drive retention is not available on models with a soldered hard drive, including XPS 9315 2in1, Chromebooks or Venue tablets, except the Venue 11 Pro.

The Dell Inspiron 7000 all-in-one PC that features a big expansive display measuring 27-inch diagonally. As with Dell, the Inspiron 7000 is customisable and available with any configuration that your heart desires. TheUHD graphics 630 gives you a thrilling experience in the world of both real and virtual. But as we are compiling a list of AIOs with Core i7 CPU, the Inspiron 7000 we chose comes with the 8th Generation Intel® Core™ i7-8700T processor (12MB Cache, up to 4.0 GHz), nothing less. Accidental Damage-Additional Information: Accidental Damage Service excludes theft, loss, and damage due to fire, flood or other acts of nature, or intentional damage. Customer may be required to return damaged unit to Dell. Limit of 1 qualified incident per contract year. For more information, consumers visit Accidental Damage Service Contract (Consumer) or commercial customers visit Accidental Damage Service Contract (Commercial). It’s hard to see how Dell could improve on this design, especially at this price. Every touch point is inviting, every panel durable, and every seam is slim or kept out of sight. Dell’s only serious competition is HP, which uses a similar design for its Pavilion All-in-One. The most obvious difference is the stand; Dell opts for wide, TV-style legs, while HP uses a traditional square monitor base. The bundled soundbar is loud and enjoyable In addition to Apple's powerful M1 chip (which is indeed an upgrade compared to past smaller iMacs), this iMac also has a seven-core GPU (upgradeable to eight cores), 8GB of RAM, and up to 512GB of storage. The base model comes with two Thunderbolt 4/USB4 ports, but upgraded models add USB-A and Gigabit Ethernet ports, too. It holds up on closer inspection. The fabric used across the Dell Inspiron 27’s chin feels soft and pleasant. Spin it around and you’ll find a sturdy white matte plastic rear panel with a chrome Dell logo. Most materials are plastic, but the legs are solid metal and feel extremely durable. Okay, we have to admit that it is not exactly a 27-inch All-in-One PC, but we couldn’t resist. As its name suggests, the HP Envy 32 comes with a much bigger display at 31.5-inch. But it’s not just any 31.5-inch panel. It is a HDR 4K Ultra HD resolution display with wide viewing angle, DCI-P3 wide colour gamut and super 600nits brightness. All that is wrapped in super small bezel and as with all AIOs, accented with a sound bar that is also ever so slightly tilted up so the audio is directed at the user for that sweet custom-tuned Bang & Olufsen sound. As for power, the Envy 32 gets it from the 10th generation Intel Core i7-10700 Octa-Core processor with 16GB system memory and fast 1TB PCIe NVMe M.2 SSD. This is a true premium offering with no expense spared in its design. Even the pop-up web cam carries a whooping 5MP sensor. But it doesn’t stop there, apart from the huge amount of connectivity ports, the stand and base also serves as a wireless charging pad. Plus, the keyboard comes with a phone holder and works across devices with . It is clever little things like that that made the HP Envy a CES 2020 Innovation Award Honoree.
