About this deal

I’m a big fan of Samsonite and have been using a mix of their super-light spinners for my personal travel.

The material has a brushed metal kind of look with a little reflective shine to add to the glamor of the case. With the cosmolite Samsonite have changed the weight and the design a bit to make it stand out even more. Each comes in a range of matte and metallic colour schemes. Those metallic ones scratch easily, so be careful with them – that said, they look fantastic. Hard-Shell Spinners:Duffel cases are popular. They combine holdall bags with wheels and telescopic handles. They can be wheeled along – or carried like a regular duffel. Different shapes and sizes range from smart enough to be a business bag to something that looks more like a hiking bag. Here are the designs: This is the 69cm Medium Suitcase. Also available in this collection are 55cm Cabin Case, 75cm Large and 81cm Extra Large. In 2003 they developed the first Samsonite softside spinner with 4 wheels which offered more stability and mobility, allowing travellers to either tow or roll their suitcase. In their early days they were more famous for the robust wooden trunks, that watchers of the "Antique Roadshow," may be more familiar with. However it wasn't until 1974 that they produced their first suitcase on wheels. At a low price, the Airea cases are a popular option – if you love the design then that Samsonite quality will definitely not let you down.

This range is contemporary – though keeps all the quality extras that fans of Samsonite cases are used to. The clamshell design that both of these models have is quite common in suitcases today, and for a very good reason.

S’Cure have a new, upgraded version called ‘S’Cure DLX,’ the other hard-shell at value prices is the ‘Flux’ range. It is a very modern-looking case that will certainly stand out from most of those tired and worn-looking softcases you see on the luggage carousel. This is the 81cm Extra Large Suitcase. Also available in this collection are 55cm Cabin Case, 69cm Medium and 75cm Large.

The Firelite has a simple design with large horizontal and curved ribs slowly making their way up the side of the case. There are also quite a few more of them, give it a slightly busier look which may or may not suit everyone’s taste. They have gone for a bit of a shell look, with lines flowing up vertically from the bottom and curving outwards.
