About this deal

So enough of that, I've wanted to share my findings on how to prolong your mousepad's (mpc450) glide based on my experience. here are a few points I want to share This method involves using the hairdryer to heat up the glue underneath the mouse feet. Once the glue has been heated long enough, use a spudger (a flat plastic tool with a sharp end) or a knife to scrape underneath the feet to peel them off — be careful if using a knife! Sometimes, manufacturers tend to sacrifice aesthetics for ruggedness in an attempt to make a durable product. It’s often a fair trade, but I absolutely love products that look nice and are also made of quality, durable material. That’s the case with the MPC450 here. I tested a few mice on the mousepad, and they all felt nice. I did notice that the mice with PTFE feet ran smoother than the ones without, but that’s not really a surprise. Also, the lighter mice felt faster than the heavier ones. Again, no surprise, but it’s good to know what to expect depending on the type of mouse you’ve got.

Performance in this area followed a similar pattern to what I’ve already mentioned in the speed section. Lighter mice felt nicer and faster than the heavier ones, but they all worked pretty well on the pad. Having the right mousepad can be crucial for consistent gameplay and make a huge difference to your performance which can be especially important in fast-paced games where split-second decisions can make all the difference. I've noticed a trend with these cheap budget pads with generic rubber foams/bases, they tend to form these waves/bumps (which you can feel) as you wash them even with just water ; I've had this on pretty much every budget pad I've owned - AC+ white, Hyperx fury s, Thor, Zerogravity, Infinity, and this included. GSR, GSR-SE, GP4 on the other hand did not have this issue on my end probably because of it's SR foam base, so from my experience I'd say to take a look on the new tiger pads with the SR foam base or any pad with the SR foam if you don't want to encounter this problem. The MPX390 may also be an option if you're really into cordura, EGG advertises it as the flattest and most premium mousepad out there due to its silicone base and imo if that's what it really offers It's worth it. My artisans (hien, zero) never had this issue as well and I've washed them a handful of times over the month, now I could see why artisan is praised as the best of the best out there. Given the fact that this isn’t your standard cloth surface I was a bit more thorough when it came to testing a variety of sensors. I don’t have any mice with really old or unknown sensors lying around but I had absolutely no issues with a 3310, 3360, HERO, Focus+, and what have you so I can say with relative certainty that this surface handles all of the current sensors (and even the previous generation of top sensors) without any hiccups. Endgame Gear MPC450 Review – Conclusion Stitched Edges: Provides several benefits, including preventing fraying and ensuring durability, which can significantly extend the life of the pad. They also improve the overall appearance of the pad, giving it a more professional and polished look.

Concerns might be raised over the comfort of a fabric that’s made for rugged military people and outdoorsy survivor types but I didn’t experience any discomfort whatsoever. I absolutely hate the feeling of coarse textures grinding across my forearm as I perform large swipes for an entire evening so I was a bit concerned when I started reading up on Cordura but I’ve got to say that the MPC450 feels great. The mouse surface itself feels smooth enough and the stitching, while not the finest or most high quality stitching job, didn’t annoy me either. The rubber base also did its job of keeping the pad where I put it and the padding underneath the surface is nice and firm so that’s all aces too.

The Endgame Gear MPC450 Cordura Mousepad is fast, durable, and it looks decent too. It’s a great choice for anyone looking for a long-term replacement for their old mousepad, or even anyone looking to get a mousepad for the first time. The very first impression of the pad was extremely good but highly worrisome when using my XM1/MM711 on it. The Cordura fabric is unlike any other that I have tested so far. When moving your mouse on the surface, it is perfectly fine, it glides extremely well and I have not noticed a big difference between vertical/horizontal speed (horizontal speed being a tad faster than vertical). The issue itself comes from the cable of both mice. Let me try to explain in the easiest way possible. Imagine having a 3d poster, and scratching it with your fingernails. Are you getting shivers? I for sure am. Now, you can't really hear it, it is very faint and you really have to be throwing your mosue around (like my stupid ass) to hear that sound, but from time to time, it would creep in. Is that a deal breaker? Not at all, since you can barely hear it, but I would imagine that for some people, it could get slightly annoying.
