My Mira Vie shower is about 5 years old and now only produces excessively hot water or cold, nothing between. The shower is never used when other equipment is using water, i.e. washing machine or dishwasher. I do live in an area where the water is not particularly soft. just had the mira vie shower for under 1 year and there is no hotwater but the pressure is fine. it was very hot then now no hot water.. what is the problem... Bought this shower to replace an old Mira Vie which was eleven years old. Plumbworld were the cheapest online, speedy delivery. I will definitely use Plumbworld again. Excellent customer service. The MK1 mira vie is no longer available, the shower was replaced with the MK2 mira vie 8.5kw, 9.5kw and 10.5kw Last minute shower as the previous one that my 74 year old dad used stopped working. Delivered in good time and it does just the job. Superb! Hello, it will need a new flow reg, part number 439.78 for the 9.5 % 10.5kw and 1539.379 for the 8.5kw

Hi, I have a 4 year old Mira Vie shower. I have to turn the temperature knob to full to get a warm / hot shower can you advise please, Secondly is it a job that I could do myself The silver knob has just broken on my Mira vie shower. Can that be replaced or do I need to get a whole new front. Hello, it sounds like you are running on half power, you need to establish if it is the heater tank element that has failed or is it just a micro-switch.If it the temp cutting out you require thermal switch on top of heater, if flow stops you require flow/regulator valve which includes a solenoid. Perfect shower for my needs renewed my old shower with same make and model. Old shower lasted 8years hopefully this one will too.
