While I was waiting for my Innokin Sensis to arrive, all I could do was play with my Prototype version and watch the hype train as it caught full speed. With the 0.3Ω Z-Coil is recommended between 30 and 40 watts, and primarily designed for a Direct Lung, or Restrictive Direct Lung Vape. There is so much to say about the device because it is highly innovative. It comes with two modes that enhance the flavor and extend coil life significantly, and it has several other good features that every good vape should have. It’s not exactly exciting to hold, but its functional, practical and is to the standard we expect from Innokin – even though its a pod mod. How To fill the Innokin Kroma-Z

If you don’t want to partake in the fun, simply just wait for Innokin to announce the retail code before you buy one. In regards to the actual performance it feels a bit like a ‘ hard‘ setting that we quite often find on vapes. (Although a ‘hard’ setting would suggest ramp-up style). At the top if a 510 fitment and the Innokin Kroma-Z comes with a nice array of drip-tips which are designed for DTL, RDL or MTL so you have every option you could want. Nicely done. But in it’s basic form, for a 40w mod 3,000mAh is plenty. It lasted me all day everyday when using it at 35W.

Overall I have found the Sensis kit to be an enjoyable experience and there’s a lot to like about it.I also really like how Innokin have pushed through some genuinely useful innovations. Once you’re in the F0 menu, you simply dial up or down the frequency for the ohms coil you have.As a rough rule of thumb,the higher the ohms, the lower the frequency required.Guess away as you can’t do any harm.You should notice a pulsing or even hear it when it’s not quite right, get it somewhere in range and your vape should feel very smooth. However when you select Refresh you are presented with 2 options ‘Run 1x (Auto)’ and ‘Extended (Hold)’. So not quite sure what to expect, I selected Run 1x Auto, and the device started to fire at 40% of my selected wattage… Woooowh, what? The Sensis only has 2 more buttons, which are the ‘+’ and ‘-‘ and located just underneath the screen. They’re joined in the middle, an ample size and easy to press.

I wish the coils we’re a little bit bigger – the reason the 0.65ohm coil couldn’t hanndle the thin high vg juice was because the coil are so small!

Depending on the frequency you choose, it often feel like the vapour is vibrating/pulsing into your mouth, it’s rather strange. I went for simple: the 0.3Ω for Direct Lung, the 0.8Ω for a tight, restrictive Mouth-To-Lung vape.
