Under no circumstances should chargers be used which attempt to de-sulphate deep-discharged batteries under 10 volts with a voltage of more than 14.9 volts before they begin the actual charge. PLEASE NOTE : We now fill, charge and test this battery before dispatch, it will be ready for installation when you receive it. They make a big thing of the quadflex terminals and instructions and datasheet show supply of two terminals, four domed hex bolts and a hex key. That’s not what you receive. They’ve changed the terminals to a thinner, cheaper design. You can still attach on the top or front, but no longer on the side of the terminal. The bolts are now ordinary ones with nuts…..and they only supply 2 so the other two terminals are useless until you buy more nuts and bolts. The old bolts can’t be reused.
