The Fisher Price Spacesaver Jumperoos range are a series of baby bouncers with a difference. They work similar to the original Fisher-Price Jumperoos but are designed to save on storage space.

This activity center does go up and down when your little one moves in it. However, it is NOT as “bouncy” compared to the larger round FP Jumperoo activity centers. If you’re looking for an activity center with more movement for your little one, this might not be something you want. During our testing of the Jumperoos, we analysed their build quality, portability, size and functionality. In terms of our commitment to reviewing and testing the latest Jumperoos (for this article), we are continually testing the latest offerings from top brands in the UK. This means that when a brand releases a new and improved model, we attempt to put it to the test and upgrade our older Jumperoos where applicable.

One noticeable feature of the Fisher-Price Spacesaver Jumpers is that, although the baby is surrounded by toys; the seats of the Fisher-Price spacesaver jumperoos are static and does not spin around in a 360 degree circle as the original main jumperoo versions which are much larger in size. It folds!!! So convenient if you’re storing it away for a little, great if you’re traveling or taking it to grandparents house. Space saver! It is also square-ish in shape which would make it easier to put in a corner or up against the wall, whereas others are usually round. Admittedly, the manufacturers ( Mattell ) have over the years added some new additions to the Fisher-Price Spacesaver range of jumpers, however there has not been much change in structure and functionality of the jumpers. The Fisher-Price Spacesaver jumpers on the other hand are designed as a compact, lightweight activity jumper with a foldable framework, which makes it much easier to store away when not in use. It is also compact and light weight enough to easily move within rooms or take along with you when visiting family or friends, thus making it a good option for anyone who lives in an apartment for instance, or in a home where space is of a premium. This jumper is super lightweight and does not take up much floor space, and effortlessly folds flat (maybe 5 inches high?) so it’s easy to move from room to room and pop in the trunk, which was the main selling point for me (portability).
