Joints in concrete should preferably be sawn. After sawing all saw slurry must be flushed away and the joint allowed to dry. To ensure fair pricing, we split colours into ‘Price Bands’ to group together similar priced colours. If you wish to search for the cheapest tinted colours, always select Price Band 1. Please note that given the current circumstances alot of carrier companies are struggling to keep up with demand and although we do book these deliveries as next day services, the carriers cannot always fulfil these and an extra day may be required. Cure time 24 hours, this sealant skins over but takes years to fully cure in the center of large beads, this is not a problem, it is a characteristic of our sealant which remains flexible.
Hard-wearing and rigid high modulus sealants have a lower capacity for accommodating movement but superior strength. This is why we recommend using them for final seals that need to remain firm after application, such as sinks, showers and baths.

Remove all debris. The joint surfaces must be dry, clean and frost free. Remove all contaminants by rigorous wire brushing, grinding or grit blasting. When it comes to choosing between a high and a low modulus sealant, it comes down to how flexible you need a seal to be.
