Any parent who bottle-fed their baby will tell you that not every bottle is the same. Even the size of the bottle can help – or hinder – your baby accepting it for feeding. Considering how many times you and your baby will drop their bottle – we know how clumsy you get on 3 hours sleep after all – you want to make sure that a glass baby bottle can withstand babyhood. Plus, the initial thought of giving your baby something made of glass can make you shiver. NUK offers baby bottles made out of the synthetic materials polypropylene (PP) andpolyamides (PA). Glass is the classic material for drinking containers – and also for baby foods. Today, with its higher scratch resistance, glass is a particularly resiliant and environmentally-friendly material. NUK only offers products made from borosilicate glass, which, with its cross-linked surface structure is particularly heat-resistant. Thanks to the flexible silicone material and the wide opening it is very easy to use: simply place the bottle into the sleeve and close it with the button: worrying about glass shards in the family kitchen is now a thing of the past! Even if a bottle does break the shards stay in the sleeve and can be disposed of safely. The transparent narrow window lets you always see how full the bottle is.
