Beyerdynamic DT 770 Pro 250-ohm vs 80-ohm - Arx Musica Beyerdynamic DT 770 Pro 250-ohm vs 80-ohm - Arx Musica

The Beyerdynamic DT770 80 Ohm has been around for several decades and hence many people have many opinions about it, and here is mine. First lets talk about this headphones’ namesake, i.e. “80 Ohm”, I thought I would need an amp for driving this headphone but it runs loud and proud in my ASUS ROG GL 552 laptop and Lenovo Vibe K5 and Asus Zenfone mobiles. But you can get an amp if you like listening to music at really high volumes. All products sold on Headphone Zone carry a GST compliant invoice and all products sold include an 18% GST. Amplifiers are required to provide adequate power to your headphone or IEMs to perform at their best. Simply put, amplifiers allow a weak audio signal to be boosted to a powerful one. The 80 ohms is a wide choice for a range of studio applications. It is the most commonly used variant. For decades now, professional users all around the world have placed their trust in our classic range: DT 770/880/990 PRO. These benchmark-setting studio headphones, available in three different models, boast extremely detailed resolution and very transparent sound. The highly optimized 32 ohms variant is used for regular casual listening over laptops and smartphones.

Beyerdynamic 250 Ohms DT770 Pro Headphones - Andertons Music Co.

Although it is a V-shape sounding headphone, it is quite aggressive in presenting the details. Everything sounded quite the way it should, not neutral, but still very good. In general, our DT 770 PRO, DT 700 PRO X and DT 990 PRO, DT 900 PRO X studio headphones are suitable for streamers and can be used for gaming accordingly. To find the perfect headset for your own use, we recommend our online gaming guide. +What is the difference between PRO and PRO X?For mixing and mastering in the studio, open headphones are often used because of the better spatial representation. Our portfolio includes the DT 880 PRO, the DT 990 PRO, the DT 900 PRO X and the DT 1990 PRO. These are my 3rd Beyerdynamic product - DT 770 Pro 250, A200p and now DT 770 Pro 32. No doubt, these are one of the best monitor headphones I have used for the price. I do use Marshall Monitor and B&W P7 while traveling. I use DT770 Pros with Schitt Magni on desktop with Garageband. Make and comfort: These headphones are a mixture of steel and plastic and each part is replaceable. But why you will need replacing is beyond me since they have been made so sturdily. The ear pads are made of velour and covers my ears completely, this not only guarantees amazing comfort but also allows the sound to gently bounce off my outer ear into my ear drum which creates a sensation of high definition surround sound. Thanks to the Tesla technologytechnology developed in Heilbronn, the DT 1770 PRO offers even finer resolution with precise and powerful bass. The PRO flagship also sets new standards in terms of wearing comfort and workmanship.

Beyerdynamic DT 770 Pro Studio Monitor Headphones | GAK

These headphones present an accurate image of your music than ordinary headphones, allowing you to hear every nuance and aspect of your music. Therefore, having a good set of studio headphones is just as important as any other gear in your studio. These headphones are for monitoring and you realise straight away why they have been in production for the last several decades. The sound is crystal clear, soundstage is extremely wide and imaging is just terrific. The PRO models (DT 770 PRO, DT 880 PRO, DT 990 PRO) are designed for professional applications, e.g. in the recording studio. The Edition models are suitable for use at home on the stereo system. The corresponding models of both product families PRO and Edition are hardly distinguishable in terms of sound, as long as they have the same impedance (e.g. DT 880 Edition / 250 Ohm and DT 880 PRO / 250 Ohm sound the same). For (live) mixing in loud environments, closed headphones are usually used. From our portfolio, the DT 770 M, the DT 770 PRO, the DT 700 PRO X and the DT 1770 PRO are suitable.
