Smooth, velvety, rounded fruit, just a joy on its own, and perfect with Mediterranean food. Was given a bottle of Cavalier for my birthday, along with others. However the Cab came out tops with its lovely dark colour it’s smooth taste. some taste of berries but the feeling on the tongue is like velvet. Bravo! Cabalie. Had a bottle as a gift at Christmas. We had it with our Christmas dinner and it was superb, the best wine of our Christmas break.Just tried this wine. For the first time this weekend, I usually drink white and this was the chosen red at a silver service catered event, we ate steak so I chose the red, loved it as soon as it touched my tongue, beautifuly smooth, leaves no harsh aftertaste, just warm, full bodied and very moorish hence my search for more. Would recommend this red to anyone, there’s nothing to dislike. I have been given a bottle of this wine recently. A delicious discovery! This wine is bursting with fruit, and is easy to drink. To be honest, it was hard not to finish the bottle in one meal. Received as a gift from a client as a 'thank you' this wine is one of the highest quality reds I have ever tasted.

Used to work in the wine trade years ago and tried some of the most expensive wines in the world. But I received a bottle for my birthday. It’s a lovely wine. So smooth and full of flavour. Put it up there with some of the best.

Beautifully rich and fruity but smooth on the palate so is easy to drink. Think Ribena to kids is Cabalie to adults of sophistication ??

Lovely soft red wine. Pillastro has been my favourite for many years but I think Cabalie is a strong contender. It’s hard to choose between them. It is smooth, deep and full of high quality textured flavours. Life is way too short to taste of drink bad red, and this 2021 is a great year's wine in my mind.This Cabalie red rings my bell . there is no dry aftertaste but rich aromatic flavours and it is beautiful to drink without a meal or as an accompaniment What a fabulous wine. It is the first time I have tried it, but it really was something special. I would highly recommend it. Rich, smooth and full of flavour. Really pleasant wine with no aftertaste and goes well with or without food. High quality for the price!
