About this deal

So the TLDR is, there are no plans as yet to bring them outside of China, but the suggestion of “watch this space” fills me with the hope that they will come. Space Marine Heroes did after all. Japan Release: 6/7 Models – 1 Rare Secret Model (1 extra model is available as part of the paint set only and is not in the blind boxes) Both Vanguard squads had suffered losses in previous battles, and now that the Infiltrator and Invader squads have temporarily merged, these eight Primaris Space Marines must step into the center of the sector, ravaged by Chaos fiends and thugs, and travel halfway across the A hive city that has been abandoned by the Imperial Army, their actions will forever change the fate of the entire Vigilant Star War Zone. Introduced to the tabletop game and the fiction at the same time, with the launch of Warhammer 40k’s 8th Edition in 2017, the Primaris Space Marines started off with a small selection of up-scaled Space Marine characters and units – but, in 2023, they’re basically a model range of their own.

Really looking forward to seeing these ones painted up by some of you pro’s out there. Warhammer McFarlane Big Mek Following on from the Roman theme, we have Veteran Sergeant Icastus, who also bears a big plume and multiple spiky belt loin cloth. Ruban is the most Unique Model and is once again a solid match for the actual model from the Primaris Infiltrator Set I guess he’s technically not an Intercessor, but he’s an Imperial Fist that came out at the same time. No extra accessories with this one, though that bulky armour of his is probably enough. Well, they’re multi-pose action figures for one. Standing at 4″ tall these are considerably smaller than the current products offered by Bandai and McFarlane which are both 7″ models. These are more akin to your classic Star Wars and Ninja Turtles models you played with as kids in the 80’s/90’s.Maybe the leak got the names wrong, but a big me this is;t. Warhammer McFarlane Big Mek Artists Proof The Body sculpt is identical to the model used in Series 1. Just with the hands swapped out, the skin bits added and a spikey spine. All of the surface battle damage is identical to last years model. McFarlane Necron Flayed One – Artists Proof

Right so, below we detail the specific models you get in each wave of the Mcfarlane Series. McFarlane Warhammer Figures – Wave 1 McFarlane Toys – Ultramarines Primaris Assault Intercessor Personally, I prefer much this style as the smaller sprue games makes removal so much easier and cleanup even easier too. Please swap all our sprues to this style GW.Finally, the body now has sculpted battle damage on the surface, on the knees at least. It’s hard to see in the image above as they are sculpted in but not accented with any paint to emphasize the armour distress. But you can see it more clearly on the Artist’s Proof version below. McFarlane Space Marine Hellblaster – Artists Proof Breaking down the models, the Sergeant stands out with his signature red helmet and the markings on his knee. Despite being the poster boy when this series was announced on WarhammerCommunity.com. And with him featuring as one of the “7” models to collect on SpaceMarineHeroes.com (though all the box art and included paperwork say there are only 6 to collect). Pustus the Vile is not currently available outside of Japan where he was exclusive to Space Marine Heroes Series 3 Paint Set. he has the usual Seargeant embellishments such as the red with white stripe helmet. he also has a plasma pistol. JoyToy X Warhammer – Brother A Spikeybits did suggest at the beginning of the year that there was a bit of a teaser which could have meant a series 4 announcement was coming soon, but this turned out to be nothing more than a Space Marine Heroes painting Competition. ( read about it all here) But at least heroes is still getting some press so the line isn’t fully dead in the water just yet.

And now the Ymgarl version, which I prefer as a sculpt. Why is it different to the one above, unlike the original artists proof models that were carbon copies of the printed version? well, to make you buy more. And dammit I will! He comes with a helmet and bare head option to show off his glowing psychic eyes and gnarly caterpillar eyebrows. Joy Toy Warhammer Space Marine Action Figures – Wave 1 A lot has happened in the world over the last year and hopefully this is the reason we’ve had no progress and that a resurgence is coming soon. After all, the existing lines sold out super fast. According to widely shared Facebook postsattributed to the former head of GW Intellectual PropertyAlan Merrett, the firm did make a few female Space Marine figures in the runup to Rogue Trader, Warhammer 40k’s first edition – but they sold poorly, and simply got dumped for that reason. The style, design and detail of what they have produced before are just incredible. In a similar style to Titanfall, the majority of their line revolves around future-war army actions and big, BIG Mechs. My heartfelt opinion at this stage is “meh”, but again, I’m going to buy them all anyway and so are many of you. McFarlane Warhammer Figures – Wave 4 Japan Release: 12/13 Models – 2 Rare Secret Models (1 extra model is available as part of the paint set only and is not in the blind boxes) Once again the embellishment here is his diamond amulet held on to his belt by magic. (if you don’t believe it’s magic then explain to me how magnets work?). Like the model above, he has a wolf pelt attached to his knee. is this also magnets.

Aside from the Orks on the Chaplain, all of the other models from the above list have either been revealed as of this post or are in the image below. Said image also shows a lot, lot more! These models are also produced on slightly different sprues to normal games workshop offerings. these sprues are quite thin and round. the sprue gates are also much smaller making removal of the parts much easier. these are very much like Gundam sprues rather than the heavy chunky sprues we are used to. He looks fairly posable too even though he has fewer points of articulation than the Bandai version McFarlane Toys – Necron Warrior These models all showcase themselves as unique due to their individual face sculpts. Joy Toy – Brother Seargeant RomuloHowever with the Purity seal on the leg matching the above, i wonder if this is part of the model, and extra and whether it’s standard on these 2 specific models. Joytoy X Warhammer Wave 2 Brother Garius – Blood Angels Death Company Intercessor Finally, we have another slight change in that the head sculpt is unique along with the rope and relics. Ah, it’s everyone’s favourite 40k deep lore character, Brother Marine 02. He’s so bog standard that he isn’t named – but at least that gives his opponents a chance, right? This head sculpt is also a familiar sight, inspired directly by the model from the retail set. Khalos the Ravager I’m inclined to believe that the squad sizes shown above are indicative of what we will get. The most common complaint about this range is that the squads come in sets of 4, not 5! And the Intercessor Squads shown above, also indicate 4 models in the set. Interesting to see if the Death Korps and Adeptus Sororitas come in sets of 10. And at a more human scale in comparison to the more towering Space Marines?
