Unfortunately, a thermostat reset will only work if the source of your heating problem is the thermostat itself. But there may be other causes contributing to your dryer under- or overheating that have nothing to do with the thermostat. Candy Grando tumble dryer problems may include making an electrical buzzing noise without the drum moving. This can point to a problem with the drum assembly and will need a technician to fix it. Please, don't guess or assume as spares can be altered on a production run with the same model number having several different alternative components used.
