Spec-wise the Ninja Foodi and the Instant Pot are pretty much level pegging. As both offer 11 functions in one machine, you won’t be missing out on either option. One thing to keep in mind with both of these models is that aside from the air-fryer function being added to the control panel, each has an additional lid. These separate lids are used for pressure cooking vs air fryinger. There are 11 smart programs included in each of the Instant Pot + Air Fryer models with 6 being “wet” cooking methods and 5 being air fryer related. The same set of programs are available in both of these models. These models have fewer “wet” cooking programs than the other Instant Pot models. Both pressure cookers have an auto-seal lid which is a nice feature to keep you from forgetting to do that step when you start cooking.
