About this deal

When everybody is finished, I usually read through the post-its to ensure that every post-it is clear for everybody. After that, you can do dot voting to determine the most popular or urgent topic to discuss. After a brief discussion on the topic, try to identify a (small) improvement that you can already do in the next sprint planning session. If the topic is bigger, break it down into smaller sub-items and try to identify a small action that can already get the team towards a first improvement. You don’t have to fix everything right away! Scary, but still recommended even for some of the faint of heart(only contains around5 jumpscares and if one takesa break after one, the game is really manageable to finish :D) it’s no 0:” why didn’t you put a 0? What do you like, or think is going well that made you give your score instead of a 0? It was a great experience and the little details that were put around were great and really fun to find throughout the map. The paintings which moved were a nice touch and even the monster that was also a metaphor for the player's imperfection, fears and darkness was great. The whole idea of having a clinic where it makes people 'perfect; is an interesting take on the concept and thought of being perfect and was honestly really fun to go through and made me think and reflect on perfection and my views on it. It was honestly really great to play. Also loved how the game knows that you either explored/ didn't listen to the signs/ went to the objective to give a detailed description of the player towards the end; was ominous and breaks the fourth wall really subtly and REALLY well. Following you on here and maybe on Youtube (nice you played the RE3 Remake, too :D) and hope to maybe see more experimental stuff, but no pressure.

MAKES A GREAT KID'S GIFT: Children's games make great kids gifts, and family gifts, too! No reading is required to play, making it a great family board game for ages 5 and up When everybody gave a “score”, you are able to begin with the actual exercise. The perfection game contains two stages, which I like to call: ON TO THE 10!”: How can we go all the way up to 10/10? What should we change, do differently, add, improve, or get rid off to have “the perfect sprint planning session”? A technique similar to the perfection game is the Angels Advocate, a brainstorming technique which stimulates creative and positive thinking. Just as the perfection game you are not allowed to say any negative things (that would make it a Devil’s Advocate). The important information to transmit in the Perfection Game protocol improves the performance or object. For example, “The ideal sound of a finger snap for me is one that is crisp, has sufficient volume, and startles me somewhat. To get a 10, you would have to increase your crispness.”If you cannot say something you liked about the object or specifically say how to make the object better, you must give it a 10. In 1992, the game was relaunched with a new jingle for television advertisements, "Pop Goes Perfection", to the tune of " Pop Goes the Weasel".

Update: Even if you already get past your insecurities, you can still play this game as many times as you want.At the end of our workshops we give all attendees a hand out with the questions of the perfection game. The attendees have to rate the value that the workshop has delivered to them compared to what a “perfect” workshop would have delivered and state what they like about it. The attendees also have to give suggestions on what could be done to make it perfect. Perfectee performs an act or presents an object for perfection, optionally saying “begin” and “end” to notify the perfector of the start and end of the performance.

Give everybody in the team some time to write down some post-its in every stage. You want to make sure that everybody puts at least 1 post-it per stage to make sure everybody is involved in the exercise. People have to rate the value that they received on a scale from 1 to 10, based on how much value they think they could add themselves by improving the product or service. For example, when there is nothing that they think they can improve, they should rate with a 10. If they think that they could make it twice as valuable, they should give it a 5. Identify your strengths

Steps

Figueroa, Jessica (August 6, 2019). "PHOTOS: New Disney Parks Perfection Game with Ride Vehicles and Icons Released at Walt Disney World". Walt Disney World News Today . Retrieved 4 October 2023. Perfection is a game originally produced by the Pennsylvania company Reed Toys and then by the Milton Bradley company. The object is to put all the pieces into matching holes on the board (pushed down) before the time limit runs out. When time runs out, the board springs up, causing many, if not all, of the pieces to fly out. In the most common version, there are 25 pieces to be placed into a 5×5 grid within 60 seconds.

Update: With repeated exposure to the paintings (and the "do not disturb" door if you choose the second image) during the second part of the horror you may get used to it and no longer need this tip. Operation Perfection (2020): Combines buzzer, tweezers, and pieces of Operation with timer and pop-up mechanism of Perfection. It’s good if everybody can at least write down one topic per stage since everybody thought of something while giving a score. I usually put on a timebox of a few minutes and continu when everybody is ready. If your team members tend to write down a lot of topics, you might want to limit the amount to 3-4 per person. We mostly get high scores for our workshop. And there were many good things that we heard from our attendees to make them perfect; we used those to improve our workshops to make them even more valuable.

Customer reviews

With the perfection game you invite team members to participate in improvements as they have to suggest what they could do to make it perfect. You can combine the perfection game with a strengths based retrospective exercise to dig deeper into the strengths that a team possesses and define Solution Focused improvement actions. Valuable Retrospectives Perfector says “What I liked about the performance or object was X,” and proceeds to list the qualities of the object the perfector thought were valuable or should be amplified. Heplful Horrible (see 3rd update)tip: Once the horror starts, keep looking down until you make it out of the corridor so that you never look at the paintings that turn creepy once the horror starts.
