When everybody is finished, I usually read through the post-its to ensure that every post-it is clear for everybody. After that, you can do dot voting to determine the most popular or urgent topic to discuss. It was honestly really great to play. Also loved how the game knows that you either explored/ didn't listen to the signs/ went to the objective to give a detailed description of the player towards the end; was ominous and breaks the fourth wall really subtly and REALLY well. Following you on here and maybe on Youtube (nice you played the RE3 Remake, too :D) and hope to maybe see more experimental stuff, but no pressure.

With the perfection game you invite team members to participate in improvements as they have to suggest what they could do to make it perfect. You can combine the perfection game with a strengths based retrospective exercise to dig deeper into the strengths that a team possesses and define Solution Focused improvement actions.
