About this deal

Miss liliac bambi should just accept she’s stuck for life with her idiotic coke addict codependent baby daddy and maybe just leave the other male specimen to their miserable life without making them more miserable! He laughs from the back of his throat and I love it when he laughs at the things I say, I want to make him laugh forever but I can’t because he broke forever and still I fight the urge to kiss him anyway. didn’t mean I didn’t tear inside a little - it was heartbreaking but I also snorted not lady like a lot more…. I don't know what you did to upset this author but you better get on your knees and beg for forgiveness because it is very clear this author is holding a grudge. Julian and Christian switched personalities in this book, but instead of being a funny pathetic like Christian was, he's just a sad pathetic.

The beautiful nothingness of this, the most intimate moment of my life to date, a life that, actually, has been dotted with much intimacy and I think nothing will ever beat him resting his chin on top of my head. I know that some love is beautiful, and some is freeing, some unravels you, some love poisons you, some blinds you, some betters you, and some loves break you in invisible ways that no one else knows about until you have to stand up and the weight of your love crushes your bones. The only real conversations they have is when Magnolia talks about how in love she is with BJ (as she should). Even the cover points towards Julian, another disappointment, as the story-telling tattoos feel repetitive after learning how important BJ’s tattoos about Magnolia are in MP1 and MP2.

You are going to tell me that Julian Haites, one of the most powerful men in London, fell in love with a 24-year-old girl (whom he treats like a little girl) who spends all the time they are together telling him that she is in love with her ex? I liked that she made friends with women (Taura and Magnolia) but again, Taura was her first female friend but we got NOTHING about them but Magnolia filled all of Daisy‘s chapters. After finishing, I was left feeling like Christian and Daisy were afterthoughts or side characters, which makes no sense in a book carrying Daisy’s name. but for fuck's sake it's not believable that every single man in the world falls in love with her C'MON NOW. And things don't become any easier when she falls hard for the beautiful and emotionally unavailable Christian Hemmes, who also happens to be one of the few men in London who doesn't answer to Julian.

Although the statue is a Julian reference and the water lillies are for magnolia so maybe it's not Daisy's fault? you’re gonna spend much of your reading time wondering why he’s suddenly so in love with this childish human being clearly stuck in another relationship with another idiot.

AND TO THINK THAT IVE ALREADY READ EVERYTHING THAT WENT DOWN BETWEEN MAGNOLIA AND JULIAN IN LONG WAY HOME? Raised by her older brother Julian since their parents were murdered, Daisy has never been able to escape the watchful gaze of her gang-lord brother. And if you add the whole mess to how their relationship made no sense because there’s not a single thing in common between these two (and that’s the reason why all their conversation were all about sex and NOTHING.

But when her safety is threatened once again, she finds herself back under the watchful eyes of her gang-lord brother Julian and her ex-boyfriend Christian, both desperate to keep her safe. Raised by her older brother, Julian, aftertheir parents were murdered, Daisy has never been able to escape the watchful gaze of her gang-lord brother. Christian reading that book because he wanted to be able to discuss Daisy's interests with her>>> Literally zero complaints.

Daisy Haites thought she'd left everything about her old life in the past: the crime, her family and the man she loves. But perhaps if Christian and Daisy's time wasn’t already limited because of Julian and Magnolia, it may have been less tiresome. I'm already suffering for the way both of them are going to feel guilty about Bridget, and in some point is fair because he wasn't honest with her about what was happening in his life and she did get involved with a gang lord without thinking in the consequences. She mentioned once that Magnolia is based off of a younger version of herself and once I read that it all made more sense and I can’t get out of my head how narcissistic and vain this writing is.
