Sadly, while it’s an ingenious design, the actual keyboard itself is still as underwhelming as the original. Thanks Jeff for the teardown, it showed areas of free space that could be used to add stuff inside Pi400.You are missing the camera connector, the display connector, a USB2 port, LEDs on the Ethernet jack, and any chance you can 'move something' to improve WiFi / BT range. But it's about the same as other Pi 4s I have used, getting around 40-80 Mbps on the same 5 GHz network. Would it be possible to place a nvme ssd in a USB-C enclosure inside the PI, drill a hole in the case and connect it to the external cable?

We don't think there is an out of the box solution that comes close to the functionality and power of the Pi 400.
