The reset process varies depending on the JLab earbuds model you own. Below we’ve provided reset instructions for every Jlab model in the market. Simply find the earbud model you own and follow the steps below: JLab Go Air: Take both earbuds out of the charging case and one earbud will be solid white while the other will blink blue/white indicating it's ready to pair to your device.

Beginning with one of your earbuds first, you should tap the button 4 times. We should see blue lights blinking 4 times before turning a solid blue. Yes, the products in JLab's lineup are affordable, but adding a standalone cable to the box shouldn’t affect the price significantly. More importantly, a hardwired cable decreases the value—if it goes bad (and cables eventually do), you need to replace the whole case (or, more than likely, the whole product) rather than just switching out the cable.

Take both earbuds out of the case. If the reset process was successful, one should flash solid white while the other one flashes white and blue. Indicating that your earbuds are now connected to one another and are ready to pair. One earbud will blink blue/white indicating ready to pair to your device. Select "JLab JBuds Air Pro" in your device's bluetooth settings.

When factoring in comfort levels, the JBuds Air Pro isn’t an ideal choice for movie watching, but that didn’t stop JLab from developing a Movie Mode to reduce audio lag with videos. I couldn’t tell the difference in performance between Movie and Music Modes because the quality was the same: smooth.
