This just means a little more agitation required to build up the lather, which if you look at it another way, a great excuse for a head massage. This shampoo is amazing, it'd creamy and beautiful and doesn't leave my scalp dry or itchy or the skin around my ears irritated. So, dry shampoo powders do their job by absorbing the oils your scalp produces to prolong the time needed between wet washes. After my No Poo failure a few months ago I have been looking into other alternative hair care products. We chose natural cleansers that wash and foam up fairly well, although the foaming action isn’t quite as intense as it would if we used a synthetic detergent like SLS (or other common culprits that end in –fate). I found my hair quite dry after the shampoo alone but with the conditioner my hair feels just as good as any other hair product.
