The detail they’re able to retrieve is about average for this price. Bass texture more subtle than you’ll find on the best wired IEMs at this price. Details in the middle and upper registers are a bit smoother; the powerful bass leads to bit less detail in the mids. Treble detail is better, however, thanks to its added volume. The provided tips are actually not of bad quality which is not the norm in the tws world. Most of the time the tips which come with tws iems are almost unusable. In this case they aren’t bad at all however I did find that the only size which worked in my ears were the largest pair. Unfortunately, these eartips are extremely shallow fit, so if the earbuds themselves don’t hug your ear perfectly than I’m afraid getting a seal may be hard for you as well. So, the provided tips are of great quality but in terms of use on the CP3 they may be a hindrance depending on your year’s anatomy. The first time we tested the SoundPEATS Capsule3 Pro, we uttered an appreciative “wow” because the sound they deliver to the eardrums is dramatically and positively disproportionate to their price. Available for just fifty euros in some online shops, the Capsule3 Pro clearly sound like headphones from a much higher price category – especially when you activate the personalised sound adjustments, which elegantly compensate for slight unevenness in your hearing. Earbuds are made mostly of hard plastic, except for the metal mesh in the nozzle and a microphone grill at the top. They feel solid in hand without any visible weak spots. Don’t worry, the holes are small enough so the water doesn’t get inside. During my testing, playing AAC from an iPhone at medium volume, I got closer to 7.25 hours. This means that depending on how many charges you get out of the case, that maximum would be between 43 and 50 hours. Even assuming this is the best-case scenario, that's still plenty of battery life.Otherwise it's as-you-were with the unboxing experience - the manual is as per previous releases, with diagrams and text used to good effect to display basic instructions, including the control scheme. The nozzle has an oval shape which is not the most practical. When it comes to sound, this is the most straightforward model in SoundPEATS' line-up. It doesn't do anything particularly well, but nothing bad either. There's a slight focus on treble, with upfront vocals, and instruments that colour a bit brighter than average - but nowhere near the likes of the bright SoundPEATS Free2 Classic. Highs roll-off before they become harsh. Meanwhile, the mid-bass thumps provides modern music with enough power, and lower-mid tones are present enough to give the sound a bit of fullness.
